GENERAL INFORMATION


This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) defines the basic rules and conditions for processing personal data, which apply to: visitors to the website emmix.lt (“Website”); E.Murauskaitė’s individual activities (“Data Controller” or “Company”) for clients and/or potential clients; to persons who have performed active actions on the Company’s social media accounts; to persons who have agreed to receive the Company’s marketing material; for candidates participating in the Company’s job selections.

The company collects personal data about:

persons who intend to use or are using the Company’s services;
persons who agree to receive the Company’s marketing materials;
persons who contacted the Company by e-mail by mail and/or telephone;
website visitors;
users of social media tools who contact the Company through the Company’s accounts in social media tools or actively participate in them;
job candidates.
The Company receives personal data in two ways, when:

you provide your own information;
the data is obtained from third parties (e.g. Facebook, Inc., Google, Inc. a company of Facebook, Inc.).


HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?


In this section you will find the information below:

the categories of data we process;
in the event that we do not receive the data from you, information about the sources of such data;
the purposes for which we process your data; and
the legal basis for processing.
Recruitment

For employment purposes, the Company collects and processes your resume and/or cover letter and/or other information provided by you during participation in the selection for the purpose of job selection based on your consent, which you express to the Company or a company providing recruitment services by sending your resume. If you do not submit your resume and/or motivation letter, the Company will not be able to assess your suitability for the position offered.

After the selection of employees, we undertake to delete and/or destroy your personal data within 5 working days after the employment contract is signed with the selected candidate.

Managing enquiries

The website provides a number of ways for you to contact the Company. We receive, review and respond to all reports ourselves. If you contact us by e-mail or on the website, we will process the following data: your name, e-mail address and the text of the correspondence. If you contact the Company by telephone, we will additionally process your telephone number.

Such data will be processed based on your consent in order to answer your questions. If you do not provide your contact details, we will not be able to respond to your enquiry.

These data are processed for 4 years from the date of contact with the Company.

Contractual relations

If you use the Company’s services, for the purpose of providing services, concluding and executing the contract, the Company processes your personal data: name, surname, place of residence (address), telephone number, e-mail address, date of order, date of provision of services, information about the ordered services and service content, VAT payer code, payment method and amount, payment date, VAT invoice data (these data are mandatory for the purposes of concluding and executing the contract). This processing operation is carried out on a contractual basis when you order services from the Company.

Personal data for this purpose will be processed in the following terms: 10 years after the conclusion of the contract, data confirming the fact of the conclusion of the contract and information related to the conclusion of the contract and documents confirming financial transactions; 4 years – other information.

Direct marketing

Direct marketing is carried out to persons who have reached the age of 14 years and have given their consent. To persons who have provided their contact details and expressed a desire to receive information about the goods and/or services offered by the Company, the Company will send offers on the provision of the Company’s services, newsletters and other promotional materials, ask for opinions on the services provided, inform the Company’s news and (or) service provision procedure. For the purpose of direct marketing, the Company will process your personal data: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address.

Also, if the Company has already provided and/or is providing services to you and you do not object to this, you may also e. by mail, the Company will inform you about other products of the Company that could be relevant to you and information related to them, on the basis of the Company’s legitimate interest. If you object to receiving direct marketing communications, please inform us within 5 working days by email. info@emmix.digitasodas.lt from the date of signing the contract with the Company.

Your data will be used for direct marketing purposes for 2 years after consent has been obtained and then deleted. If you are a customer of the Company who has not objected to receiving direct marketing communications, your personal data will be processed for direct marketing purposes during the validity of the contractual relationship with the Company and for two years after termination of the contract.

Nevertheless, you can opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time. You can do this:

by clicking on the relevant link in any marketing message you receive;
by contacting us by email. info@emmix.digitasodas.lt.
If you do any of the above, we will update your profile to ensure that you no longer receive marketing communications from the Company in the future. Opting out of marketing communications will not prevent communications directly related to the provision of services to you.

SOCIAL MEDIA TOOLS


All information that you provide to the Company through social media (including messages, use of the Like and Follow boxes, and other communications) is controlled by the social network operator.

The Company discloses your personal data to other service providers, for the purposes of providing specific services, to the extent that it is necessary to provide such services (for example, persons providing and maintaining servers, e-mail service providers). In cases where the legal basis for data processing is your consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data prior to withdrawal.

Upon receiving a request or instruction, the company shall, no later than one month from the date of the request, provide a response and perform the actions specified in the request or refuse to perform them. If necessary, the specified period can be extended by another two months, depending on the complexity and number of requests. In such case, within one month from the date of receipt of the request, the Company will inform you of such extension, together with the reasons for the delay.
