Money back guarantee

  • The Buyer can return a quality product and get back the money paid for it (money back guarantee) within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the product (if a longer period is not specified in the relevant document provided to the Buyer).
  • The buyer can use the money-back guarantee if the goods have not been used, are undamaged, have not lost their commercial appearance, their usable properties have been preserved and the buyer has evidence confirming that he bought the items from this Seller.
  • Products that are vacuum packed in order to preserve the product’s hygienic properties can only be returned in intact vacuum packaging.

Rules for returning quality goods after the expiry of the right to withdraw from the contract

Returned goods of suitable quality must meet the following requirements:

  • The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging. The requirement to return goods in their original packaging does not apply to goods for which the Seller provides a product trial period or a trial guarantee. In other cases (money back guarantee, remote purchase – sale refusal), the requirement that the product be in the original packaging applies;
  • The returned goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
  • The returned goods must not have been used by the Buyer;
  • The returned goods must be in good condition;
  • The returned goods must be in the same condition as when received by the Buyer;
  • When returning a product, it is necessary to present the purchase document of the returned product, a completed product return document, which is provided to the Buyer together with the product;
  • In the cases specified in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Retail Trade Rules (Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 697; 11-06-2001, amended by Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 738 of 22-07-2014), goods are returned only if the Seller agrees.

Rules on returning faulty goods

  • After purchasing a product of inappropriate quality, the Buyer has the rights set forth in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Retail Trade Rules (Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 697; 11-06-2001, amended by Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 738 of 22-07-2014). If the Buyer wishes to return the money paid by the buyer and the Buyer’s claim is satisfied, this document sets out the conditions and procedures for refunding money, exchanging the product for an analogous or other product.
  • The return of defective goods is free of charge (within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania). If the goods are packaged, the packaging costs are not reimbursed.
  • The legal guarantee for the product is 24 months.
  • The warranty period for a commercial product is specified in the product instruction that the Buyer receives together with the product, or in another separate document attached to the product. The guarantee period starts from the date of delivery.
  • During the guarantee period, the faulty product will be replaced by an equivalent or other quality product or a refund. If the Buyer wishes to exchange a low-quality product for a new, more expensive product, the Buyer pays the difference in the increased price.
  • After using the product’s warranty, the warranty period does not start counting again – the warranty period is calculated from the original delivery date of the product. Laikotarpis, kurio metu Pirkėjas negalėjo naudoti daikto dėl trūkumų, nėra pridedamas prie garantijos termino.
  • When replacing the product(s), the products are delivered no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the Buyer’s order, unless the Buyer and the Seller have agreed and provided otherwise.

  • Underwear
  • Hygiene products with damaged packaging showing signs of use
  • Unpacked health products
  • Publications
  • Unpacked video or sound recordings
  • Unpacked software.

Note: Items included in this list, provided they are of good quality, can only be returned with the consent of the seller.
